Though he's still getting used to the world—new sounds and busy settings can be overwhelming for him—Charlie bravely pushes forward with patience and grace. Charlie enjoys leisurely walks, exploring at his own pace, and is quite the world-class sniffer. He’s looking for a calm and patient home, ideally with children aged 14 and up, and dog meet-and-greets, as he gets along with some canines but not others. His future adopter will need to appreciate that the best friendships take time to develop and be prepared to let Charlie's trust grow naturally. He doesn’t require fixing; rather, he needs a companion who will walk beside him, both literally and figuratively, until he becomes more comfortable in his surroundings.
