Pretty Girl is a true survivor. Rescued from the euthanasia list, her start in life was tough, often struggling to survive outdoors and going hungry. A kind-hearted individual trapped her and brought her to Animal Control, where she was spayed, giving her a second chance. Since joining her foster home, Pretty Girl has shown incredible progress. She is learning to trust, growing a little more confident each day. One of her adorable quirks is insisting on being brushed before every meal, a comforting ritual she cherishes. Until she gets her special brushing session, she won’t touch her food. Pretty Girl needs a calm, forever home where she can continue to flourish at her own pace. Ideally, she would be the only pet, as she does not get along with other cats or dogs. She thrives with someone who understands that trust takes time. It might take months—or even years—before she feels comfortable curling up with you. For those patient enough to earn her trust, Pretty Girl offers a gentle companionship, needing more understanding than constant attention.
