He arrived at the shelter with an upper respiratory infection but has made a full recovery since transferring to Evergreen Animal Protective League. With time, he will likely enjoy playing and socializing. He is currently being fostered in Evergreen and is ready for his forever home. Sebastian is also friendly and gets along well with both dogs and children, making him a great addition for any family.
