Her playful side shines through when she engages in games of tag or wrestles with her doggy foster sister, Ruby. These two have formed a close bond, with Ruby guiding Maisie through the joys of life as a family dog. While she sometimes needs reassurance—like with a curtain blowing in the wind or the noise of fireworks—she is a quick learner. In fact, she mastered the doggie door in just two days and is now happily heading out to the backyard to take care of business like a champ. Car rides were initially a bit daunting, but after watching Ruby chill in the car, Maisie realized they could be fun. She's now ready for adventures on the road. Maisie enjoys her walks, although she's currently more interested in sniffing every fascinating smell. This little girl is sociable and friendly, making new friends with adults, children, and other dogs. Her tail wags joyfully, welcoming everyone like old pals.
