Meet Obi! Obi is a lively Boxer, Rottweiler, and Pit Bull mix, born in November 2025 and currently tipping the scales at 52 lbs. Having successfully completed a 6-week board-and-train program, he’s eager to find his forever family and show off his skills. Potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained, Obi has mastered commands like heel, sit, down, and down-stay. He thrives on interaction and is eager to continue learning with a dedicated owner. Obi is full of youthful energy and needs an active family to meet his physical and mental demands. He enjoys daily walks, hikes, games of fetch, and training sessions—simply leaving him in the backyard won’t cut it. He wants to be engaged and part of the action. While sweet, Obi would be happier in a home without young children. His big, energetic nature can be overwhelming for smaller kids. He gets along well with other dogs and cats but may need a patient companion who can handle his playful antics. What Obi loves most is being close to his humans. He builds strong bonds and thrives on one-on-one training time. His affectionate personality shines through, especially after a day filled with activities when he enjoys curling up in his crate or alongside his favorite person. Obi is ready for a family that can provide the consistency, structure, and love he needs to flourish.
