About Henry
Meet Henry! This 5-month-old Lab mix is bursting with energy and weighs about 27 pounds, sporting a heart as big as his playful paws. Born in the woods of Yauco, Puerto Rico, Henry and his sisters were given a second chance at life after being rescued and spending time in a loving foster home before arriving in New Jersey. Henry's recent adoption didnโt work out as his family realized they weren't prepared for the commitment of an active puppy. Understanding that he deserves a home that can keep up with his playful spirit, they made the tough choice to let him go. Heโs curious and enthusiastic about everything! Henry loves to explore, play, and most importantly, be around people. His kindness and eagerness to please are evident, and heโll flourish with a family dedicated to providing guidance, structure, and plenty of exercise and mental engagement. Henry also plays well with other dogs and is good with children, making him a wonderful addition to the right home. Heโs ready for the love and commitment that come with having a devoted guardian. After overcoming much in his young life, Henry is looking for his forever family. Could that be you? To meet Henry, please fill out an adoption application.
