Cisco is an affectionate gentleman in search of a very special home. He joined Good Mews as a kitten from a county shelter, needing some serious care. Over time, he developed some gait and mobility issues that have worsened, but these problems do not seem to cause him pain. Despite various tests and medication, specialists haven't pinpointed a specific cause or treatment for his condition. For now, he's stable and managing his daily needs quite well. Cisco navigates his environment best on soft surfaces like carpets or rugs; he tends to slip on harder floors, making mobility a challenge. A single-level home with ample soft surfaces would be ideal, as well as enough litter boxes placed within easy reach. He has a tendency to akwardly sit upright or sploot while eating, which only adds to his charm. Cisco thrives in loving companionship, so a household that includes other cats or a lot of quality time with people would make him very happy. He’s looking for an experienced cat parent who understands his unique needs and can provide the thoughtful environment he deserves.
