About St. Luke

Meet St. Luke! This handsome pittie mix, around three years old, came to us from a local shelter with a heartbreaking story. He was shot in the leg and left as a stray, but thankfully, he has fully healed from his injury. Despite this traumatic experience, St. Luke is remarkably loving and happy. He is friendly and outgoing, forming bonds with everyone he encounters. St. Luke gets along well with other dogs after a proper introduction, and he walks nicely on a leash. He is working hard on his household manners and crate training. However, he does not get along with cats. Thunderstorms can make him anxious, but he finds comfort in a thunder shirt and some gentle snuggles from our staff. This goofy guy is excited to share his love for a lifetime! We promised St. Luke that his future would be brighter and filled with joy. Could you be the one to make that happen? Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
