She perfectly blends silly, sweet, and resilient traits, making her the kind of dog who brings a smile without even trying. She came to us after being accidentally struck by a vehicle. Luckily, a compassionate Good Samaritan ensured she got the surgery needed to heal her injured foot. Now fully recovered, Skipper is ready for the forever home she truly deserves. This affectionate girl adores her people. She seeks out pets, cuddles, and enjoys car rides. Skipper is playful but not overly chaotic, and her joyful energy warms up any space. After a few energetic zoomies, you’ll find her lounging nearby, enjoying the sun or snuggling into a dog bed. She loves chews and thrives on working for treats. Although she can get a bit excited during treat time, Skipper responds well to gentle reminders and genuinely wants to please. Crate trained and impressively quiet, Skipper walks nicely on a leash and has an attentive, engaging personality. She gets along well with people of all ages and doesn’t struggle with separation anxiety. With great recall off leash, we think she’d make a fantastic camping buddy.
