About Jack

Meet Jack! 🐾 Jack's journey didn't begin as it should have. After arriving at the Wichita Animal Shelter, his family never returned for him. Fortunately, WAAL stepped in and provided this sweet senior with the second chance he truly deserves. When Jack came to us, he was completely matted, living in a painful, filthy coat. Thanks to one of our wonderful grooming partners, he was shaved down and can finally feel comfortable again. Don’t worry—his soft, curly coat will grow back beautiful and fluffy in no time! Despite being a senior, Jack has plenty of pep in his step and a fun-loving personality. He enjoys being around people and is ready to spend his golden years in a loving home. Jack has overcome so much, and now he just needs a family to call his own. Could that be you? Apply to adopt Jack today and give this resilient sweetheart the happy ending he's been longing for.
