About Nike
Meet Nike, the Goddess of Victory. She’s ready to be your loyal companion for life. Before coming to Tails High’s care, Nike faced tough times. Once a beloved house cat, she found herself lost in a large cat colony in NE DC, struggling to survive. After living with a severe tail injury for nearly two years and battling a mosquito allergy, she underwent a tail amputation. Thanks to some tender care, Nike has fully recovered and now sports the cutest little lamb tail. Nike is a perfect companion. She adores conversation and will coo back when you express your love. Enjoys being petted and brushed, she even dribbles a little drool when she’s soaking up affection. Treats light up her day, and she’s quite content to spend her time curled up in a cozy spot. In the evenings, she eagerly waits for you to come home, ready to unwind together. Nike prefers to be the only pet, devoting her love entirely to her human. While she may be a bit hesitant around newcomers, patience and a few treats will quickly win her over. If you’re in search of a chill companion, Nike could be the perfect addition to your life. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
