Maya & Kaya are two remarkable sisters born on March 28, 2026, who overcame a tragic start in life. After a lawnmower accident claimed two of their siblings, these fragile kittens found themselves in the care of compassionate rescuers who helped them thrive. Maya emerged relatively unscathed, but Kaya faced significant challenges, enduring trauma that affected her eye and leg. Thanks to dedicated veterinary care and physical therapy, Kaya has made an impressive recovery. Now, both kittens are filled with playful energy, affection, and curiosity, exploring their surroundings with boundless enthusiasm. The sisters are inseparable, often curling up together for cozy naps or engaging in playful antics. Their personalities shine through—Maya is gentle with her pretty orange-tabby and calico markings, while Kaya is the brave spirit of the pair. They’re social and get along with other cats, gentle children, and calm, cat-friendly dogs, making them perfect additions to a loving home. Due to their strong bond, Maya and Kaya must be adopted together. They deserve a forever home filled with safety, patience, and love after all they’ve been through.
