About Louie
Louie is available for transport from Dallas and is ready to find his forever home. This little guy is a testament to resilience, having been rescued from a neglectful situation on Mother's Day. At just over a year old, Louie has already shown how love can transform a life. He has been fully vetted, treated for fleas and ticks, vaccinated, and neutered, and he’s thriving in his new environment. Despite some genetic malformations affecting his spine and back legs, Louie doesn’t let that hold him back. He happily runs, plays, and wrestles with his dog friends, enjoys daily walks, and keeps up with an active lifestyle. His condition makes navigating stairs challenging, so a home without them would be ideal. Louie is incredibly affectionate, gentle, and eager to please. He listens well and loves to snuggle up at night, but he also feels comfortable in a kennel when needed. Louie gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is making great strides in house training. He consistently goes outside when given the chance. His joyful spirit and trusting nature shine through despite his early hardships. Louie deserves a family that will cherish him and celebrate his uniqueness. If you're searching for a loyal companion who offers love and happiness, Louie is ready to meet you. The adoption process includes a trial period to ensure a perfect match. If you're located outside of Texas, transportation services are available. Don't miss the chance to make this loving pup a part of your life. Click apply to start the adoption process.
