We believe she's a delightful Lab/Border Collie mix, though her precise lineage is a charming mystery. Mabel's confident playfulness makes her the self-proclaimed boss, but she quickly transforms into a cuddly companion once it's time to relax. She adores attention and wants to be right where her people are. Mabel has already mastered the dog door, shows promise with crate training and potty training, and her enthusiasm for treats makes learning a breeze. She's wonderfully social, gets along with other dogs, loves people, and tends to make friends wherever she goes. Those ears of hers are particularly endearing, seemingly trying to stand tall but often opting for their own unique position. Being a puppy, Mabel requires a family dedicated to continuing her training and introducing her to new experiences. She also needs a home where someone is around for much of the day since she’s still quite young.
