About Maggie

Maggie is a sweet 1.5-year-old, 70 lb Lab mix, eager to find her forever home. She’s a big softie with tons of love to give, and her journey back to The Cantu Foundation has only made her more ready for a family. As a true "Velcro dog," Maggie bonds quickly, always wanting to be by your side, whether you’re relaxing or busy around the house. She shines during playtime too, happily entertaining herself with toys and having a blast with her foster pup sister, showing off her playful, goofy spirit. Maggie is completely comfortable in her crate, viewing it as a safe haven, and she is fully house trained. While the outside world can seem a bit overwhelming for her, she’s learning to navigate it with your guidance and support. With slow introductions, tasty treats, and plenty of praise, she builds her confidence. Maggie loves being close to her humans, and with her gentle nature, she could be a wonderful addition to a family, especially with kids. Her adoption fee is $250, which covers her first year of vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchip. Does Maggie sound like the dog for you?
