About Pepper

Meet Pepper, a smart and loyal girl looking for her forever home. Her journey started with hardship. Found as a puppy, she didn't get the love and care every young dog deserves. Despite that, Pepper has developed into a beautiful, healthy young dog ready to share her affection. She has a keen nose and loves exploring her surroundings, tracking scents, and letting her voice be heard with occasional barks and howls, though not excessively. Pepper enjoys outdoor adventures, whether it's a game of fetch in the yard or just wandering around. She's still learning to bring the ball back to her foster family, but her playful spirit shines through. After playtime, she relishes settling down for a meal and spending quality time with those she loves. She has a special bond with her sister, and she's loyal and protective, making her an excellent companion. While Pepper readily wears her collar and is getting more comfortable on a leash each day, she can be a bit shy around strangers and apprehensive about young kids. A patient family will be key to helping her build trust and confidence. Pepper has already overcome so much. Now she just needs a loving family to help her write the happiest chapter of her story.
