Hallie is on the lookout for her forever home—a place where she can truly thrive. With her striking appearance and medium size, she certainly turns heads, but it’s important to know that she’s a bit shy and prefers to take her time to settle in. After being a stray, she missed out on some crucial socialization, so she may not greet you right away with affection. Instead, she’ll quietly observe from a safe distance, preferring the comfort of a bed or crate nearby. Although Hallie is timid, she’s full of potential and has already made great strides in her foster home. While she isn’t a fan of crates initially, she is getting used to it little by little. Hallie has a playful energy and loves to chew, so be prepared for some puppy-like antics and the need for consistent training. She's also very sociable with other dogs, making a companion dog in the home a great fit for her. Patience is key with Hallie as she adjusts to her new surroundings. She’s making progress with potty training and being gradually introduced to leash etiquette. Hallie will thrive in an environment with a playful resident dog and without small children, where someone is usually home to guide her. This sweet girl wants to trust humans and embrace love, and with time, she’ll become the wonderful companion that she’s meant to be.
