About Paxie
Paxie, a 3-year-old female Australian Shepherd, tipped the scales at around 80 lbs when she was found abandoned at an intersection in rural Arkansas. She waited patiently for two days, hoping her family would return. Due to her prior situation, she should weigh closer to 60 lbs and is now on a diet, along with regular walks to help her reach a healthier weight. Not just a pretty face, Paxie is also kennel and house trained. She walks well on a leash and has shown indifference towards other dogs in play yards, preferring instead the comfort of an air-conditioned space. Paxie is spayed, fully vetted, heartworm negative, and microchipped, making her a well-prepared companion.
