At just one year old, Liberty strikes the perfect balance between playful pup energy and the loyal, loving nature typical of Mastiffs. She enjoys a predictable routine. Each morning starts with either a walk or a play session, followed by a good stretch of relaxation. By evening, she’s geared up for fun with her canine friends before settling down for the night. If you're looking for a dog who relishes both adventures and cozy naps, Liberty is your girl! In her foster home, Liberty has flourished. She sleeps quietly in her crate at bedtime—especially if a treat is involved! She has earned the trust to roam the house for short periods without mischief. So far, she knows how to sit, lay down, and respond to “no.” Obedience training is next on her agenda. Liberty plays well with other dogs, including her foster’s 45-pound pup and the neighborhood dog she greets through the fence daily. She's also been gentle and tolerant around her foster's 8-month-old grandbaby. As for cats, they remain a mystery, but her gentle nature bodes well. A true Velcro Mastiff, Liberty prefers to be near her people, often shadowing you from room to room. She's a confident girl, unbothered by thunderstorms.
