About Rumi
Rumi is a charming young tabby with a strong personality and a knack for keeping her boundaries clear. She thrives in calm, respectful environments and creates wonderful connections with those who understand feline body language. When comfortable, Rumi shows her affectionate side, making her a delightful companion. Having recently spent time with a foster parent, Rumi demonstrated her cuddly nature. Initially a bit shy, she warmed up quickly, enjoying cuddles and even making biscuits after just a couple of days. She's playful, enjoying cat tunnels, string, and a singular laser pointer. Although she has her playful evening zoomies, she's adaptable to morning routines. She's particularly fascinated by the shower and finds great joy in weaving between curtains. Given her personality, Rumi would thrive in a quieter home without young children. She does well with calm, respectful pets or as the only animal. While she enjoys affection, she prefers it on her terms, needing an owner who can respect her independence. For the right person, Rumi will be an incredibly rewarding companion.
