It's best for him to be in a dog-free space initially, allowing him to focus on feeling safe. Being adopted alongside his bonded companion, Loretta, will provide Otto with much-needed support during this transition. Their relationship acts as a natural security blanket; when one takes a brave step, the other quickly follows, reducing their anxiety. Once Otto feels secure, his playful and curious personality will shine. He'll need interactive playtime and mental stimulation to keep him engaged.
