About Big Texas

Big Texas is a 3-year-old Great Pyrenees currently weighing in at 80 lbs, though he is underweight and expected to eventually reach a healthy weight of over 100 lbs. He came into our rescue after losing his beloved owner, yet his calm and dignified spirit shines through despite his loss. This gentle giant embodies everything that makes Great Pyrenees special—majestic, confident, and composed. Big Texas is sweet and friendly with everyone, getting along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and people of all ages. However, due to his impressive size and guardian instincts, we recommend he goes to a home with experienced owners who understand the breed, ideally without very young children. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a breathtaking presence, Big Texas is ready to find his forever home where he will be cherished. His previous family lost him; now he deserves a caring environment for the rest of his life. Adoption Fee: $700, which includes transportation. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
