About Kino
Kino is the embodiment of a heart dog. After being a cherished companion, this charming Shih Tzu mix was surrendered through no fault of his own when his owner became too elderly and ill to care for him. Itβs obvious he was deeply loved and now seeks someone to return that affection. At about 7 years old and weighing 11.8 pounds, Kino is the perfect size to accompany you anywhere or curl up beside you on the couch. He is calm, affectionate, and very well-mannered, with a gentle spirit. Kino is housebroken and wee pad trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and has wonderful house manners. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Not destructive, he rarely barks and finds joy in spending time with his people. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and even seems to enjoy being around children, making him a great fit for various family types. Whether you need a quiet walking partner, a loyal cuddle buddy, or a devoted companion for your everyday life, Kino is ready to fulfill that role. He has shown how incredible a companion he can be and now just needs someone to give him the second chapter he truly deserves. If you can open your heart and home to Kino, heβs waiting for you.
