About Jonah
Jonah is truly the goodest boy and one of the friendliest pups you'll ever encounter. This sweet dog thrives on attention and is always eager for affection. With a handsome, muscular build and short coat, Jonah is currently refining his leash manners—he might pull a little at first, but he’s a quick learner and already making great progress. He loves to run, play, and have fun, but when playtime ends, he’s perfectly content to curl up next to you, embodying the spirit of a lap dog. If you're in search of a loyal, loving companion who balances playful energy with snuggly moments, Jonah is ready to meet you. The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is ready to welcome you daily from noon to 6 PM (excluding limited holidays and events). You can visit our adoptable animals with or without an appointment. To set an appointment, email adoption@wilcotx.gov. With adoptable pets also available at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, you can find Jonah at: 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626. Whether you’re interested in fostering a dog or just want to enjoy the outdoors with one of our pups through the Doggy Day Out program, we have various ways to help shelter animals.
