About Benji
Benji is an adorable 10-week-old Cairn Terrier and Basset Hound mix, sporting a chunky little body and tiny stubby legs. His wiry coat adds to his charm. This sweet, happy puppy gets along well with other dogs and even tries to play with cats, making him a great addition to any family environment. As a baby, he’s ready to grow into whatever you want him to be. He will be ready for adoption on our July 31st transport to the North, arriving 1-2 days later. If you prefer to pick him up earlier, you can arrange your own transportation or fly into Mobile, AL or Gulfport, MS, where a team member will meet you with your new pup. Benji comes spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations for his age. You'll also receive a FREE Fi GPS Tracker with a six-month subscription, ensuring you can always keep track of your new friend. The adoption fee is $450, which covers his vetting. When you adopt him, he will receive a thorough exam and health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. Currently located in Lucedale, MS at Rise & Shine Animal Rescue, he is available for transport. You can also pick him up in person at our shelter at no cost.
