About Flint

Meet Flint! Flint is a gentle senior Bloodhound with a heart full of love. Initially shy, he needs a calm and quiet home where he can build trust and feel at ease. Once comfortable, Flint's affectionate nature shines through, showcasing his big, playful spirit. He enjoys walks and is currently honing his leash skillsโ€”his keen hound nose sometimes leads him off track. Like many hounds, he possesses a bit of a prey drive, often trying to explore interesting scents, even attempting to climb trees! Flint adores toys, cozy corners, and relaxing on the couch after a day of adventure. In training, his motivation for food works wonders. He tends to get along well with calm dogs when introductions are handled slowly and carefully. However, busy environments like dog parks may be overwhelming for him. Flint is eager to find a patient owner who can appreciate his unique personality and build a lifelong bond. All potential Forever Fosters must live within 100 miles of Mt Juliet, TN, and will receive veterinary care at no cost from our facility. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
