About Henrietta
Henrietta is the happiest cat you'll ever meet. Despite being blind, she expertly navigates her surroundings and immediately finds the nearest lap to curl up in. Rescued after living outdoors, she had severe eye infections that necessitated the removal of her eyes. Henrietta uses her tail as a guide, flinging it around adorably as she moves. It looks vigorous, but don't mistake that for anger—she's a total sweetheart. Her foster says she behaves like a puppy, following her around with a playful spirit and a penchant for stealing food. Although a little wobbly on her feet due to a past infection, this doesn’t slow her down. She thrives on attention and is particularly fond of scratching that gets her doing a joyful 'elevator butt.' Henrietta needs a home with no stairs, as her wobbliness makes navigating them dangerous. While not the most vocal cat, she does express herself during meal times with the sweetest little meows. Henrietta enjoys the company of other cats, including her blind foster brother, and they have plenty of fun together. She has also been diagnosed with Feline Idiopathic Cystitis (FIC), which is manageable with a special diet costing around $30 a month. If you want a loving companion who requires minimal fuss, Henrietta is perfect for you! She's spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Plus, you will receive an adoption package of goodies worth around $100 from local pet store partners after adoption. Ready to welcome Henrietta into your heart?
