About Betsy

Betsy has recently joined us after her previous owner could no longer keep her. She’s a 3-year-old adult female Terrier mixed-breed, sporting a lovely brown coat. We're still getting to know her, and while some training may have been established in her former home, we can't guarantee those behaviors will carry over into a new environment. Interactions with other animals at the shelter are pending clearance from our vet, so her social skills are still being assessed. If you're interested in adopting Betsy, please fill out an adoption questionnaire. Our process is first-come, best-match, and we encourage family members—including any kids and pets—to join for a meet and greet to ensure everyone gets along. If it feels right, you can adopt her that same day! Betsy’s adoption fee covers her spay, microchip, vaccinations, heartworm testing, and even a small bag of food to start you off on your journey together. Click apply to start the adoption process.
