About Ginger

Ginger was rescued during the last winter snowstorm in Virginia, arriving with burns on his little paws. This orange polydactyl cat with a white belly initially climbed to the top of a tall piece of furniture, showing how scared he was on his first day. It took some time, but he slowly started coming down, accepting affection, and recognizing everyone's voices. Now, after a couple of weeks, Ginger has become much more trusting and enjoys resting on the carpet or in his nearby cat bed. Ginger truly loves affection, especially when you give him scratches on his neck and head. While he can be playful, he generally has a calm and relaxed demeanor. His favorite treat is Sheba Cuts in Gravy, particularly the chicken and tuna flavors. Ginger is ready to find his forever home.
