About Mia
Meet Mia! Mia is a sweet German Shepherd who found her way to us after her owner faced heartbreaking circumstances. Surrendered alongside her buddy Ace, Mia is now looking for a loving home where she can thrive once again. Both dogs have shown incredible resilience and trust as they've adapted to their new environment. This affectionate girl loves being around people and soaking up attention. Her gentle personality makes her a joy to handle, whether it's cuddling on the couch or going for a walk. While Mia and Ace share a bond, they do not need to be adopted together, though it would warm our hearts to see them stay side by side if the ideal home can accommodate both. Mia has tested positive for Anaplasma, but she's already started a 30-day course of treatment with doxycycline. Dogs usually respond well to treatment and continue leading healthy, happy lives with proper care. She is already spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations, ready for her next adventure. Mia is excited to bring warmth and companionship to her new family. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
