About Benji

Benji is a sweet, easygoing husky who brings warmth and joy to every moment. He enjoys lounging around at home but truly shines during adventures, relishing car rides and trips to the park. This charming fellow has even been known to cheer on his favorite NBA teams alongside his foster family. Fully house trained with excellent manners, Benji adapts well to being home alone. He gets along with other dogs and has shown a laid-back attitude towards cats. With children, he has been gentle and friendly, making him a solid companion. After being surrendered due to a seizure condition, Benji is now thriving in foster care, seizure-free thanks to affordable daily medication. This calm and affectionate boy seeks a husky-savvy or rescue-experienced family to provide the love and stability he needs. In return, Benji will offer companionship and plenty of smiles, plus maybe even a new basketball-watching buddy. Potential adopters should know that Benji has not been formally tested with cats or kids. All Arctic Rescue dogs require an experienced adopter due to their higher exercise and training needs.
