Meet Tulip! Tulip is a sweet, petite girl who is blooming more each day. After settling into her foster home, she started emerging from her hiding spot to enjoy some petting. This little lady loves head and butt scratches, and will gently nudge your hand if you stop too soon, reminding you she wants more affection. With her expressive eyes and loud purr, Tulip shows when she feels relaxed and happy. She may initially appear skittish and shy around new people, but with time, she becomes a loving companion. Tulip enjoys wet food, treats, playful spring toys, and running around with her buddy, Mandrake. A patient adopter who can help her build confidence, especially in the company of other friendly kitties, would be ideal. At just over a year old, Tulip is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, dewormed, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
