Meet LunaLee, a loyal and loving large mixed breed dog, possibly a mix of Husky and Shepherd. She's friendly, attentive, and full of personality. LunaLee thrives in environments with kids, having lived successfully with them before, especially those who are respectful and dog-savvy. She's also adaptable enough to live with cats once given the chance for a slow, supervised introduction. However, LunaLee is not recommended for homes with other dogs; she'd prefer to be the only pup in the household. She loves spending time outdoors, so a yard would be ideal for her energy level, which is medium to high. Though apartment living may be considered in certain cases, it isn't her first choice. Potty trained and eager to learn, she is great at following commands, making her training a wonderful journey. LunaLee enjoys peanut butter, cuddles, and those delightful butt pats. While she has a couple of areas to work on, like walking on a leash and dog socialization, her enthusiasm for food should help her progress quickly. Currently, LunaLee could benefit from losing about 15 pounds to reach her ideal weight with regular exercise and possibly a low-calorie diet.
