About Brick

Brick is a lively and affectionate 1-year-old mixed breed dog, weighing 69 lbs. He came to the SPCA of Tompkins County because his previous family realized they couldn’t give him the exercise he needs. Brick is a sweet young dog who takes his time getting to know new people, preferring to build trust at his own pace. He has sensitive ears and feet, so he appreciates humans who respect those boundaries. This big guy loves sturdy chew toys and enjoys puzzle toys with hidden treats, though he finds rainstorms a bit intimidating. While he hasn't spent much time around cats or young children, he might thrive with another calm and patient dog. When you're ready to meet Brick, you'll get the hang of his playful nature and unique quirks. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
