He thrives in a home setting, having enjoyed a wonderful foster experience where he was calm, quiet, and non-destructive. Gatsby loves morning cuddle sessions, games of tug-of-war, and chilling on the couch or by your feet at night. This beautiful Pit Bull Terrier mix has shown some reactivity towards other animals, meaning he needs to be the only pet in a household. He walks nicely on leash most of the time, but he may show excitement towards small animals and has a history of a minor incident that does not require concern. He will need a confident handler to help manage his behavior, especially in public spaces. In transition from shelter life, Gatsby requires time to adjust, but with patience, he can become a wonderful family member.
