About Darla
Meet Darla, a playful and curious baby girl born on October 31, 2025. She was initially adopted with her twin sister, but unfortunately, a sudden eye injury led to her being returned to the rescue for treatment in April 2026. Understandably shaken by the experience of losing both her sister and her new home, Darla needed time to recuperate and regain her trust in people. Despite her past, Darla's spirit shines through. She's shy but quickly becomes curious when new toys or fellow kitties appear in her surroundings. Darla enjoys the company of other cats and doesn't mind dogs either. She goes at her own pace, needing a patient adopter who can help her feel safe. Once she warms up, her affectionate nature emerges; she loves spending quality time with her companions. Darla is a delightful medium-sized tabby with a short coat. Her adoption fee is $135, which covers age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment, FIV/FeLV testing, microchipping, and spaying. Don't miss out on the chance to give this sweet girl the loving home she deserves. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
