About Thunderbolt Best Friends with

Meet Thunderbolt, a playful little girl who's just 10 weeks old, born on April 27, 2026. This adorable black Domestic Short Hair kitten has been in caring foster homes since she was only 5 weeks old, allowing her to grow up surrounded by love and attention. She thrives on social interaction, both with her siblings and people, and she's always up for a good snuggle. Thunderbolt is a total social butterfly, and it’s even better if she can find her forever home with her best friend, Lightning, or another kitten from HSMC. Kittens do best when adopted in pairs, as they keep each other entertained and better adjusted. As a young kitten, she’s ready for a home with other cats or cat-friendly dogs, but do keep an eye on her so she stays safe from larger animals and small children. Before adopting, please ensure you're within an hour of the shelter and be ready for a "foster to adopt" arrangement while she awaits her spay surgery. Once you're approved, schedule a meet and greet to see if Thunderbolt is the right fit for you! West Jefferson, OH. Click apply to start the adoption process.
