Born on September 23, 2023, this sweet little Yorkshire Terrier weighs about 10 pounds and is looking for a new beginning after her owner encountered life changes. Through it all, Daisy has remained gentle and affectionate, always yearning for love. Daisy thrives on human connection. She's happiest when she's by your side, whether tagging along on errands, snuggling up during movie nights, or curling up on blankets in bed. This little companion enjoys meeting new people, rides wonderfully in the car, and walks nicely on a leash. In her foster home, she's displayed excellent house manners and is house trained and crate trained, although her favorite place is right next to her humans. She gets along well with other respectful dogs and has lived peacefully with cats. Because of her petite size, Daisy would do best in a home with older, dog-savvy children who understand how to interact gently with small dogs. Like many Yorkshire Terriers, she'll require regular grooming throughout her life. While appointments can be a bit stressful, Daisy appreciates a patient, compassionate touch, and she's shown that with proper care, these visits can go smoothly.
