About Ricky
Meet Ricky, a charming character who’s ready to find his forever home! This big boy has a heart to match his size. He loves people and thrives on making them happy. Ricky recently graduated from a rigorous P.A.C.K. Program, where he learned impressive skills like 'sit,' 'wave,' and 'pray.' As a P.A.C.K. graduate, he will thrive with continued training to reinforce his new behaviors. Ricky’s playful side shines during playtime, especially when a Kong or ball comes into the mix. While he's still fine-tuning his leash manners, he improves with consistent guidance—his foster family uses a Gentle Leader and harness for walks. Although Ricky has gotten along well with female dogs, he can be particular about his male counterparts and does not get along with cats. He needs a home where he won't have access to livestock and should meet any potential canine siblings before adoption. After spending time in another shelter in Wyoming, Ricky is eager for his forever family to find him. He is a loving, loyal companion waiting to bring joy to the right home. Ready to meet Ricky?
