About Mariah
Good girl Mariah is back and more than ready for some lucky adopters to bring her into their home! Mariah participated in our Enduring Service program, pairing a shelter dog with inmates at the Travis State Jail for a 12-week training course, and she excelled. This smart pup has a big heart and loves meeting people. She’s friendly with everyone and adjusts well to most dogs after some time. Mariah will happily approach for pets and attention. She knows several commands like sit, down, stay, paw (both), and even a fun "bang bang" trick. Treats motivate her during training, and she’s already potty trained and mostly kennel trained, making her a fantastic fit for any home ready to reinforce good habits. Mariah loves to be outside, especially in a big yard where she can run and play. She does well off-leash in secure areas, staying close without wandering. During playtime, she can get a little excited, so gentle guidance helps keep things calm and fun. With her loving nature and joyful spirit, Mariah is sure to bring happiness to any home lucky enough to have her. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
