He previously tested positive for a tick-borne disease but has completed treatment and is doing very well. Buddy adores people, and he does great with children. He gets along with other dogs when introduced properly and enjoys playing with canine friends. Although he hasn’t lived with cats, his testing confirmed he doesn’t show aggression towards them. Buddy has an active, playful personality, and loves to run around and spend quality time with his family. After a fun day, he’s happy to relax right by your side. He’s both kennel trained and house trained. Like many dogs, he might mark in a new environment, but he settles in quickly. Buddy walks beautifully on a leash, making him a perfect companion for daily strolls and outdoor adventures. Currently, Buddy is being fostered in La Feria, Texas, but he can easily be transported to an approved out-of-state adopter. His adoption fee in Texas is $350, which includes transportation.
