Sammy is a charming cat who found his way to us from Texas, where his previous owner considered euthanizing him due to a positive FIV test. FIV, or feline immunodeficiency virus, is a condition many cats live with easily and it doesn't mean a death sentence. In fact, many FIV-positive cats can enjoy long lives without ever showing symptoms. Sammy currently shares his space with several other cats and has shown nothing but peaceful behavior. While he might be a bit shy initially, he thrives in calm and quiet environments, and he's never bitten or scratched anyone. Sammy showcases beautiful chocolate-colored paws and has a striking resemblance to a seal point Siamese with captivating blue eyes. This gentle soul truly deserves a loving home.
