While he has thrived with trusted handlers, he needs a calm, patient owner who can provide a controlled environment to ensure his continued growth. Declan is a protective boy, especially fond of single women, and would greatly benefit from an indoor-outdoor setup where he can patrol his space safely. He prefers to be your one and only, as he does not get along with other animals, including dogs and children. Declan needs a commitment to multiple meet-and-greet visits and a home check to ensure he finds the right fit—a forever home where he won’t experience abandonment again.
