About Roxy
Roxy is an adorable 48 lb girl with the sweetest personality. Her long legs have people jokingly suggesting she’s mixed with a giraffe. Roxy was discovered in January 2026 in a cemetery, struggling to survive alongside more than a dozen other dogs. Now, she’s being lovingly fostered at a sanctuary in south Texas while waiting for her forever home. Roxy thrives on companionship with other dogs, both big and small. She’s a cuddler who loves snuggling up next to her human, and she’s very gentle with her toys and even enjoys chasing pigs around the farm. Despite her adventurous spirit as an escape artist who adores exploring the woods, Roxy is well-behaved indoors. She’s crate trained, prefers to chill when left alone, and gets along wonderfully with well-mannered children. Her ideal home would be moderately active, ideally with other dogs to play with. Roxy is looking for someone who can provide regular exercise and love to keep her happy and engaged. This sweetheart is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and will be monitored for heartworm treatment. If you're ready for a loyal companion who loves to be by your side, Roxy might just be your perfect match. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
