He enjoys walks, frozen Kongs, puzzle toys, and squeaky toys, relishing any activity that engages his mind. When excited, he showers you with kisses and enthusiasm while diligently learning his manners every day. Tonka needs an experienced, breed-savvy adopter who understands Akitas’ unique traits and is ready to provide structure and training. He would thrive in an active family with a securely fenced yard where he can safely enjoy outdoor time. His strong prey drive means he has a keen interest in squirrels and cats, so introductions to other pets need to be handled cautiously.
