Meet Brie! Brie has come a long way since her rough beginning at an overcrowded shelter. Once heartworm positive and in poor condition, she’s now transformed into a beautiful and resilient dog. Her long, fluffy white and cream coat has returned, showcasing her striking appearance and sweet personality. At roughly 3 years old and weighing over 60 pounds, Brie embodies the gentle nature of a livestock guardian breed. She’s known for her loyalty and independence. Although she takes time to warm up to new people, once you earn her trust, you’ll have a devoted companion. Brie does well with other dogs but prefers a slower introduction and may thrive as the only pet in a home. For her well-being, a secure fenced yard would be ideal, allowing her the freedom to play outside yet join her family indoors. While Brie hasn’t been around cats, she is curious about squirrels! We recommend a household with older children who can interact with her respectfully. Brie is house trained and keeps her living space clean. She’ll adapt well to home life with some patience.
