About Tank
Meet Tank, a gentle soul looking for a fresh start. This 2-year-old Husky and Pit Bull mix is ready to leave behind a difficult past and find the loving family he deserves. Tank came to us through a seizure case, in heartbreaking condition. He was severely emaciated but has been steadily recovering thanks to the care he received. While the kennel life can be overwhelming, thereโs a different dog waiting to shine once he feels secure. Tank is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccines. He previously lived with other dogs and has demonstrated potential to thrive with canine friends. A meet-and-greet is essential to ensure a good match. We are unsure about his feelings toward cats, so any introductions should be handled with care. Although he is initially nervous around new people, once he learns to trust you, he becomes an affectionate companion eager to be close. Because heโs still very much a puppy at heart, continued training, structure, and patience will help Tank learn that the world isnโt such a scary place. He loves being outside, exploring, and soaking up new experiences. An active family would be ideal for him, providing outlets for his energy while building his confidence. Tank has overcome so much already; now he just needs someone to believe in him. Could that be you? Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
