Lily is a playful and loving companion, eager to bond with her people. She enjoys snuggling, playing, and simply being by your side. While she has plenty of energy, a couple of daily walks and some playtime keep her happy. This intelligent girl is fully house-trained and even rings a strand of bells on the door when she needs to go outside. Lily knows commands like shake, sit, lay down, and stay. She can get a bit excitable, especially when meeting new people, but with the right commands, she calms down. Lily loves to play with other dogs, although she sometimes needs reminders on how to say hello without overwhelming them. While she does get a bit reactive during walks when she sees other dogs, squirrels, or cats, her training helps her to stay focused when given treats. She is also great with children but would do best in a home with older kids, as her exuberance might be too much for smaller ones. Lily is a chewer, so keeping large Nylabones around is essential, along with crate time when you’re away. She comes with lifetime training from Bark Busters, transferable to her new owner.
