About Gus Gus
Meet Gus Gus! This sweet, loving boy is searching for a forever home where he can build confidence and feel safe. Having spent much of his early life in an outdoor kennel, the world can feel overwhelming at times. Gus is nervous around new experiences, people, and places, but he's making incredible strides every day. With the guidance of a trainer and lots of love, he's learning that new environments can be positive. Though he sometimes barks when meeting new people, especially when unsure, he quickly settles down and reveals his affectionate nature when given the time to adjust. At home, Gus enjoys chewing on his toys and does well with his own belongings, showing little interest in children's toys. Heβs currently working on house training and has shown he can go days without accidents. Gus is looking for a family who understands that building confidence takes time. In return, you'll gain a devoted companion eager to learn and thrive. With patience, you've got the makings of a wonderful bond. If you're ready to make a difference in his life, let's get started!
