About Eggplant
Meet Eggplant! This big, handsome tabby spent years as the beloved staple tomcat of Milwaukee's "Purple" colony. He’s not just any cat; he’s the father of at least two litters of kittens currently up for adoption. Thankfully, those days are behind him now that he’s been neutered! Eggplant came to us through our TNR program and was briefly returned to his outdoor caregiver. Sadly, he suffered a severe leg injury that led to an amputation. But if you’re wondering if having only three legs slows him down—think again. Eggplant runs, jumps, climbs, and plays just like any other cat. Now in foster care, it’s evident that he was always meant for indoor life. He’s the definition of a chill companion; easygoing and confident, he loves to hang out with his people, whether it’s watching TV or unwinding after a long day. Social without being pushy, his calm personality makes everyone feel comfortable instantly. Eggplant has overcome so much and is now looking for his forever family, a couch, and a lifelong best friend. If you're after a resilient, handsome, and hilarious companion, Eggplant is ready to be your new favorite bro. Ready to meet him? Click apply to start the adoption process!
